Before I get started, I am not going to spend time explaining what XSitePro or SiteBuildIt actually do.  Both the XSitePro and SiteBuildIt sites do a far better job of that than I could ever hope to do.  Simply click on any of the links in this article to visit the relevant web sites.  Then come back here to get the benefit of my first hand experience of using both.

Niche Marketing the Key to Making Serious Money on the Internet

Look anywhere for making money on the internet and you will be inundated with information about niche marketing. Search on niche marketing and you simply won't believe the amount of information you can access.  Somehow there is some idea that the internet invented niche marketing. The truth is that most small businesses would benefit from identifying and dominating a niche.  The premise is that is better to be highly targetted on a specific niche than spread too thin across a wider market segment.

Now there is not much wrong with that site - just that it lacks about 80% of the content I planned for it.  

My problem is the time it takes to build the site.  And while site build it certainly takes away the need for any knowledge of HTML, search engine optimisation, site submissions and any of a multitude of other invaluable tools, it also takes away a lot of the immediacy and sense of control I would like.

XSitePro: The Answer?

No, I am not going to say that XSitePro is the answer. 

But I have tried lots of other solutions: I have dabbled with DreamWeaver and FrontPage and can manage to build web sites with either - slowly.  The learning curve is just too high (though neither is intrinsically difficult).  I have also tried a range of onsite web site builders.  Nothing has quite lighted my fire.

So when I saw XSitePro advertised I was very sceptical.  A 365 day money back guarantee goes a long way to overcome scepticism.

In all honesty, I have been blown away. XsitePro is not only easier than SiteBuilIt to use, but it also offers much more flexibility and control.

To start with I have used it to collect a whole bunch of my articles together in one place. Now, I can publish them all on a web site at the touch of a button.  But that's not the point. Using XsitePro's search engine optimisation tools, each and every article is now optimised for the key words it features. I have continued to place these articles with article and ezine directories. I will wait to see the results.

Of course, SiteBuildIt could be used to do this. And to be fair, SiteBuildIt's whole range of backup, support and idea generation tools are incredible for anyone who does not have a clear idea of just what web site marketing is all about.  In fact, there is no better pack available on the subject of web site building and promotion than the manuals and guidance you get with SiteBuildIt. 

If you are completely new to building web sites then the $300 to purchase SiteBuildit is probably the best money you can spend.  And make sure that you don't get seduced into buying any other internet marketing course.  SiteBuildIt has the lot. 

As confidence with XSitepro has increased I decided to have a little experiment with a niche web site myself. You can see the early results here Choice Lift Chairs. Using XSitePro's built-in templates, a couple of hours research on the internet and a few hours writing the content, and you have a pretty good looking web site in 2 evening's work. Now that is quicker than I ever managed using SiteBuildIt.
